About Colorado Energy Assistance Division

The Colorado LEAP program is a county-administered system designed to assist with winter heating costs. The eligibility period for the LEAP Program is from November 1st through April 30th.

The Crisis Intervention Program (CIP) is available all year to LEAP-eligible households in cases requiring the repair or replacement of the primary heating system in the home. This program does not include servicing or maintenance of heating systems. Counties served: Denver County

    Hi this is Nicole I did get accepted this season but the thing is I lost my job for unlawful reason for basically going back and forth I do not have no income at this moment and when I got when I applied for assistance I was working but the disconnection notice I gave you as well I didn't get the full help for it so I was wondering if it's possible what I need to do to go about to get more assistance for Xcel are asking for 346 basically my whole bill.
