About Salvation Army - Center of Hope

Provides temporary assistance to individuals and families.

Supplies basic needs such as food, rent once a year when funds are available, utilities, only Progress Energy bills, they will assist with the last $30, $50, $75 of bill, depends on funding, clients need to pay the bill down before they would call SA, may be able to assist with prescriptions no narcotics or psychotropic, clothing and referrals to other collaborating agencies.

Financial assistance requires an eviction notice, proof of residency, picture ID, drivers license, Social Security card for all family members.Must provide one month of pay stubs or most recent stub if newly employed including day labor. Annual statement or print out of SS/Disability/Food Stamps,Child Support,Hud Housing.

Must have proof of Pasco County residency.

Daily nutritious meals are served Monday to Friday 4pm-5pm for anyone in need at no cost.
