Greetings. I've tried for 3 days to reach my specialist. Her voice mail is full. The main number says that the office is closed. I received a letter saying that my son's proof of income was needed before a determination could be made with respect to Medicaid eligibility. is in the office and no one is able to receive my call, how can I get this information to you? I could send it through the mail but I don't know if you would receive it on time. I need to enroll my son in Medicaid asap, since he can no longer go through the Healthcare Marketplace for coverage as his job and income has changed. I hope someone from your office will call me ASAP.
