Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) provides home energy assistance to help eligible low-income households meet their home heating and cooling needs.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) provides home weatherization assistance to improve the quality of life for low-income families, especially for seniors, persons with disabilities and children by improving the energy efficiency of their homes with an eye toward their health and safety.
