I contacted your office to apply for energy assistance. I was told the person who handles that was out sick but to contact them, which I did. She told me what documents I needed to submit to her, which I did. She even texted me back with a question about the documents I had sent her. So I sent a text because I received my power bill and saw that no assistance had been applied to my bill. I asked why and was told that I never submitted any of the documents. Told her I did and sent a screen shot of our conversation and the documents. She texted me back saying that she did receive those documents but looked at the history and you had no records of receiving the pictures. Unfortunately you were out of funds. So I did everything you asked me to do but someone didn't do their job that day. So now my power will be shut off.
