About Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency (SEICAA)

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program serving Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Caribou, Franklin, Oneida, and Power counties. The program provides a once per year heating season payment on behalf of eligible participants. Energy Assistance typically runs from November 1st to March 31st each year. Eligibility is based on Federal Poverty Guidelines.

At the time of your appointment, you will be required to bring the following documents:
Most current heating bill with name, address, and account number.
Proof of income for the previous 90 days for everyone in the household.
Social Security cards for everyone in the household.

Southeastern Idaho Community Action Agency also provides weatherization assistance. Weatherization Programs are based on eligibility for the services. Income limits apply in most cases.
