BALTIMORE COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES AT DRUMCASTLE CENTER IN TOWSON MARYLAND IS THE WORST SOCIAL SERVICES I HAVE EVER WENT TO. IF YOU CALL, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, I SAT ON THE PHONE FOR OVER 2 HOURS A FEW HOURS AGO AND THEN SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE FINALLY AND THEN HUNG THE PHONE RIGHT BACK UP. I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE A PHONE INTERVIEW WITH THEM TODAY AT 2:30PM AND OF COURSE, NO ONE CALLED ME BUT I AM SURE THEY WILL MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.

I was told by a lady at the Essex locations that the information would be submitted to the proper place, but meap still closed my case saying I did not submit required additional information when I did
They are horrible you can never get through to any one on the phone if it ring too long they will hang up
