About Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment - LIHEAP

Pacific Asian Consortium in Employment (PACE) offers the Home Energy Assistance Program, commonly known as HEAP. This program has the purpose of helping income eligible households with their utility bills. Individuals must apply for the program and provide all the required documentation. PACE must be the service provider for the households that are applying.

Weatherization Assistance Program
Home Energy Improvement Program (HEIP)
Consumer Rebate Program (CRP)
Low Income & Lifeline Programs

PACE HEAP applications can be filled out online, may be mailed in with a self-addressed envelope, or hand delivered to the office: 1055 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 900E, Los Angeles, CA 90017
