LIHEAP assists low-income households that pay a high portion of their income to meet their energy needs, and provides one-time financial assistance to help balance an eligible household's utility bill.

Hours of Operation:
Emergency Assistance: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
Weatherization Program: Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
