About Community Services Provider

LIHEAP assists low-income households that pay a high portion of their income to meet their energy needs, and provides one-time financial assistance to help balance an eligible household's utility bill.

Eligibility:
Varies, depending on sources of income and other factors.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

The Home Energy Assistance Program provides utility assistance to eligible households in Colusa, Glenn and Trinity Counties. Utility assistance can help households in meeting their energy costs. Assistance for eligible households can only be provided one-time per year. Payment assistance can be made for one of the following:
