How to apply

To request APS Utility Assistance, call the following number on a Monday or Wednesday between 9am–12pm or 2pm–4pm or Friday between 9am–12pm: (602) 805-1666 (Have you APS account number ready) Calls are first-come-first-serve.
During the call, a pre-screening will be conducted to determine your eligibility. If determined eligible, we will create an intake appointment and review the types of eligibility documents needed for your intake application.

What are the requirements for this assistance?
Must be an Arizona Public Service (APS) client.
Must be an Arizona State Resident.
Must have a balance greater than $0.00.
Must fall within the income guidelines.
