Good morning: I have been trying to get cooling assistance that was opened up to senior citizen's in April. I have sent numerous emails, called and provided requested documents. I even registered for an online appt with the promise of a telephone interview.... After waiting all day with phone in hand, no one contacted me. It should not take five months or more to place a phone call to recipients, especially if they already have my documentation.

Hello....I had an appointment for the first week in December, but no one ever called me. I did turn in the required documents and paperwork in person to the office. No one has ever telephoned me for the appointment that was listed. I don't know if my application for LHEAP has been accepted.

I can only get so far in this process. There doesn't seem to be an application that I can find. Please advise. I have all the required information but nowhere to send it. I can't figure this out. I have qualified for the heat program and also qualify for the cooling program.

Good afternoon my name is Tina Long and I've tried numerous times to get help with LIHEAP but to no avail. I had an appt months back but no one called. I even dropped by and spoke with someone and still nothing. I'm desperate as my water has been turned off .
