The Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) is a utility assistance program designed to assist low income households with energy needs, and to encourage consumers to control utility bills through energy education. CEAP includes: Energy Crisis: Assistance for individuals who have experienced a weather related crisis, causing them to have abnormally high utility bills, which may include crisis repair or purchase of Heating and Cooling units; Co-Pay: Provides long term utility assistance for those working toward energy self-sufficiency; Elderly and Disabled: Provides utility assistance for those individuals forced to live on fixed income and who require more than just one month of assistance. All services are dependent upon CCA having available funds.
