About Delaware Energy Assistance Program (DEAP)

The Delaware Energy Assistance Program is administered by the Division of State Service Centers by contracting with Catholic Charities, Inc. with funds provided by the federal LIHEAP program.
DEAP can help pay household energy bills between October 1 and March 31, as well as provide assistance with cooling costs through the Summer Cooling Assistance Program.
