The Regional Office of the Catholic Charities of Jacksonville provides the Emergency Financial Assistance Program which has the main goal of preventing homelessness in Jacksonville. This program serves low-income community individuals that are have difficulties paying their utility bills, rent/mortgage payments or need food assistance. By helping these individuals/families with these needs, they can keep their homes.
