About Orlando Utilities Commission Project Care

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as LIHEAP, is a federally-funded program that assists low-income households that are struggling to pay their home electrical bill.

Upon eligibility there us a maximum benefit of $650 per household in a 12-month period.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Be an OUC customer in Orange or Osceola County.
 Customer of record or authorized on the account.
 Have a past due balance
 Show proof of financial hardship
 Not involved in criminal activity related to tampering.

Must provide:

Name and contact information

OUC Account Number

Last four digits of your Social Security number
