About Palm Beach County Community Action Program - Riviera Beach - LIHEAP

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, commonly known as LIHEAP, is designed to assist low-income individuals and struggling families pay for their electrical bill. This program provides financial relief in order to prevent service interruption or disconnection. Special efforts are made to provide this financial relief to individuals with special needs, disabilities, and elderly. You need to submit an application, which can be made by reaching out to your closest community action service center or online.

Eligibility:

Must be a Palm Beach County resident
Clients must provide a service disconnection bill or a bill that is showing past due amount
Benefit amount will vary depending on: household income, size, and if there are any individual with disabilities, elderly or children
