This program includes information and referral to community resources as well as limited funds and food for emergency help with basic needs for families experiencing a financial crisis or waiting for service from appropriate agencies. Utility, Rent and Food assistance is provided. For hurricane related issues the client will need to provide the following: APPOINTMENT ONLY!-Photo ID-Social Security cards for each person in household-Past due bills-FEMA Idenfication card-Wage loss info due to hurricane-For Rental Assis. a letter from landlord stating due to hurricane damage client must move Counties served: Brevard County
