Catholic Charities of NW FL works through St Patricks Church to provide social outreach in Franklin County. When donations are available, help is given to low income and needy families for electric and water bills and affordable prescriptions for persons who have no insurance or are under-insured. Information and referrals to other human service agencies is also provided.
