LIHEAP is designed to provide financial assistance to elderly, handicapped, and low-income persons to help offset a portion of the cost of energy used to heat their homes. Priority assistance is given to those with the lowest income.
To whom it may concern I am trying to find help to get my power turned back on and I just don't make enough with my other bills to be able to get it back on it is very cold in my house and I live alone if you could help it would be greatly appreciated thank you very much.
