Delaware County Outreach offers a variety of programs including, take applications for LiHEAP fuel assistance (from October-March), the Delaware County Food pantry, financial assistance, pre-school scholarships, head start, emergency child care program, information and referrals, and weatherization for the home. They also conduct seasonal programs such as coats for kids and Santas Helper.
