About Kennebec Valley Community Action Program - Waterville Office

Serves Kennebec, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, and Somerset Counties. Energy Services provide assistance, efficiency, and education to low-income households, affording them the opportunity to significantly reduce their energy burden.

KVCAP\'S Energy Services Department is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income residents of Kennebec and Somerset County through the application of its numerous programs. Some of the programs managed by the Energy Services Department include Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP/Wx), Department of Energy (DOE/Wx), Central Heating Improvement Program (CHIP), Above Ground Storage Tank (AGST), Appliance Replacement Program (ARP) and Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LiHeap).
