The Georgia Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), is a Federally-funded program that helps low-income households with their home energy bills. I am currently in the process of getting my disability. I can't work and my lights have been cut off. I owe almost 1000.00dollars and I don't know where to turn. Please help

I am trying to sign up for energy assistance for myself and two other people who are retired and who have medical issues. I am trying to go through CAFI for energy assistance for Manchester, Georgia, but the system won't let me do it. If you will, let me know if there are any funds available for this at the current time and if so, how can I sign up.
