The Oregon Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) provides assistance to income eligible households to off-set the rising costs of home energy. Serves residents of Multnomah County. Program benefits are received on a first-come, first-served basis, with outreach being offered to seniors, people with disabilities, and families with children 5 and under.
