I need assistance with an electricity bill during March 03 2020. I am displaced hearing impaired from Ralston who did not get a voucher to move with as. I would not stay 90 more days after the notice. I have a tentative arrangement of a move into a duplex on 5th Ave with Bickerstaff Parham. $50 application had been approved needing electricity help to move in with.
