My Mom is 86 years old lady. I am helping my mom to manage all her business, one of them to get low income home energy assistance program and universal service fund. It is absolutely impossible to reach any one, with lovely message " will serve momentarily" you can stay on line for hours . This is absolutely unacceptable.
