Contact our office Mondays through Fridays 9am to 5pm for LIHEAP assistance.

Applications are accepted by appointment and online. When applying for assistance, you must bring:
1. Photo ID for all household members over 18 years of age
2. Social Security cards for all household members
3. Proof of income for the past 30 days for all household members (no bank statements)
4. Light Bill
5. Food Stamp Approval Letter (if receiving)

You can apply online at www.eocofirc.net or email us at communityservicesapp@eocofirc.net to request a paper
application to be sent via the postal service.

I need help paying my light bill. I get snap food stamps if I had the information where I can apply online instead of coming in the office.
