Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP):

The HEAP Program helps keep families safe and healthy through initiatives that assist families with energy costs: PG&E and Alameda Power & Telecom bills assistance for a one-time payment per program year.

Low Income Weatherization Assistance Program:

The Weatherization Program can help you stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer. By doing so, you can reduce the risk of health and safety problems. The program offers heater, water heater, and weatherization services every five years
