  I am in total disbelief of the way things have been handled. We are a hard working family who does need help from time to time. We have always been so thankful of the services you all offer I have never had an issue receiving help from your company until this year. I understand the world is upside down right now,( but I still go to work everyday and I still have to do my job) I can't do it when I decide to or its convenient for me, but because I had my things in order and you all do not My family will be cold this winter! I filed for assistance on 10/30/2020 never heard anything so I called took two days to get a return call that was at 4 pm in the afternoon stating you needed more information. I got my things together again and got it sent to you immediately , for you to tell me you can't help me now because my November income was to much. Because I received Holiday pay and worked my ass off so my kids could have some kind of Christmas this year. Thanks for nothing! Go review October income and then I will send you December income see how it matches up!
