About Community Action Partnership of Riverside County - LIHEAP & SHARE

The LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) and the City of Riverside SHARE (Sharing Households Assist Riverside’s Energy) is a one-time program assistance provided to low-income individuals and/or families that are struggling to pay their electrical bill. The program is funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services. You need to apply for this program.
