About Project Go - HEAP

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides financial assistance to vulnerable household struggling to pay their electrical bills. The amount of benefit received depends on number of individuals in household and their income.

Individuals must apply for the program and provide all the required documentation.
