  I have been waiting for assistance for my page bill for well over 6 months you keep sending me mail saying they are reviewing it. I cannot afford my energy bill which I use to get and you took it away from me when I was put on medicaid. This was wrong of you and I was told that you should not have done that. I have sent in the appropriate forms and copied 3 times already and still nothing I have called 211 with no help from u there either. Next call is to the governor please send me my check so I can pay my bill.

  I sent in my application for the energy program more than a month ago. I have tried to called the PARB quite a few times without any response. Someone did call me, but my phone was not working properly and I have not been contacted since.
