The Georgia Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), is a Federally-funded program that helps low-income households with their home energy bills. This assistance can reduce the risk of health and safety problems such as illness, fire, or disconnection. I am trying to get assistance with my electricity bill. I have been staying in Hogansville for over 2.5 years. I have never been able to setup an appointment. I am disabled and I need assistance with my utilities.
